You will assist our customers with a variety of requests—compensation up to $21/hour. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone and email communication with professionalism and care. Proactively reach out to customers regarding service updates and open issues to ensure they feel informed and supported. Partner closely with our sales and service teams to coordinate next steps and keep communication seamless. Stay calm and solution-focused when concerns arise, helping turn frustrated moments into positive experiences. Capture customer feedback and share insights that help us improve. What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of office experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
