Description Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, sick time and PTO after 90 days! Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Summary: The Administrative/Customer Service Representative assists the Plant Manager in ensuring customer needs are met and any assigned administrative duties are completed. This person communicates with office/plant personnel, the truck drivers, and maintenance personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Oversee and coordinate order progression Assist plant manager in ensuring promised delivery date is met on orders Assist plant manager with daily administrative tasks Arrange outside vendors when necessary Develop and produce necessary reports to assist management Maintain an accurate and organized filing system Prepare, audit, and forward payroll, accounts payable, and other necessary information to appropriate personnel Greet and direct customers, vendors, etc. by telephone or in person Ability to understand the applicable procedures document in the training program Ability to use multi-line phone system, computer, and other office equipment Requirements Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
