  • To provide administrative and operational support to the legal department by managing legal documents, coordinating communication, maintaining organized records, and ensuring smooth workflow to support the department’s efficiency and legal compliance.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel proficiently well

  • Candidate must live within close proximity to Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, document transfers, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain files in an orderly manner that expedites retrieval.
  • Prepare and monitor accurate payment account records/preparing vouchers and CRFs.
  • Typing of basic legal documents and answering of phone/intercom calls.
  • Provide general administrative support/Admin liaison.
  • Prepare and present reports related to payment accounts and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Conduct accurate legal research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings
