Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Assistant aids in the completion of all plant office work required to keep accurate information. They manage the daily operations of the front office answering telephones, redirecting calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, sending and receiving faxes and completing reports. Assists Office Manager and General Manager with record-keeping, data entry, professional memo and letter writing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree.
- Prior office experience; fax, copier, and printer.
- Must be able to type and be comfortable using computers.
- Communicates clearly in verbal and written form.
- Highly organized; superior time management skills.
- Excellent math skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
