We are a property management company based in Montreal looking for a Administrative Assistant/Data entry to work in our office.(not from home) We are seeking a hardworking, bright, trustworthy person with excellent communication and computer skills for administration and general office duties.
This position located in Montreal will allow you to showcase your organizational, coordination and planning skills, communications skills
Responsibilities:
Data entry - proficient skills in Yardi, Outlook, Excel
Writing various documents; correspondence, letters, emails
Manage and update contact lists
Organize and maintain an effective and rigorous filing system
Manage sensitive information confidentially
Perform any other duties or related duties as per business requirements
Requested skills Wanted profile:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a position with similar functions
Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good bilingualism, in French and English, spoken and written
Have a sense of organization, attention to detail
