Job Description Hybrid working arrangement in Budapest, Hungary We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of an Administrative Assistant Data Management. Your responsibilities will involve: Maintenance of departmental calendars and schedules Organization and documentation of meetings, conferences, and departmental trainings Maintenance of departmental tracking systems and tools Preparation of materials and presentations for department management Coordination of the development, review, and update of departmental training plans and matrices Tracking training compliance of departmental staff Liaising with other PSI functional areas and external vendors on administrative matters Qualifications College or University degree or at least one year of experience that presents the required knowledge, skills, and abilities At least 3 years of general clerical/document management experience and/or prior database maintenance experience Prior industry experience is a plus Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
