Process agency inboxes (email and text) and route messages to team members as needed. Manage daily downloads from insurance company partners and assist with setup as needed. Assist with light bookkeeping tasks. Deliver outgoing mail to the post office as needed. Monitor and restock office supplies. Provide basic technical support to team members. Perform other duties as assigned. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Qualifications & Competencies Previous office experience is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Cheerful, confident, and professional demeanor. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail. A team player who is collaborative, dependable, and open to feedback. A willingness to ask for help when needed, take responsibility for and admit mistakes and be teachable. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Willingness to learn insurance concepts (Property & Casualty license a plus).
