Description Decatur Manor, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility in Decatur, IL is seeking a mature, professional Administrative Assistant for a Full-Time position. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare setting. RATE: Up to $23 per hour with benefits based on experience and qualifications Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting the Executive Director and Hiring Managers with office administrative tasks Conducting new hire Orientation weekly Processing payroll and submitting to consulting office on time every two weeks Scheduling, supervising and training receptionists Maintaining accurate employee files Assisting with State Survey requests and Foid reporting Willingness to work on weekends (both days) every 2 months If you enjoy working in a healthcare environment and have compassion, patience and understanding, specifically with residents with primary diagnoses of Mental Illness and possible co-occurring substance use issues, then we would welcome the opportunity to have you on our team. Requirements Must have excellent computer skills, be well organized and be able to speak fluent English. Spanish a plus. Experience using payroll software (Paylocity a plus) Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of HR rules and regulations would be beneficial Must pass a detailed background check and be deemed eligible to work in healthcare by IDPH - may require fingerprinting Must be 21 years of age or older
