Description Dental Excellence is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Mail Merge. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing both day-to-day executive support and larger event coordination projects. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, meetings, and special projects, as needed Prepare and format professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership and client meetings Create, update, and analyze Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking Assist with financial tasks in QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor coordination Execute Mail Merge tasks in Microsoft Word for mass communications, announcements, and mailings Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion Serve as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and vendors Requirements Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative support role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel (formulas, charts, and data management) PowerPoint (presentation design and formatting) Mail Merge in Word Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, expense management, and reporting) Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently Professional demeanor and a high degree of confidentiality
