Description Dental Excellence is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, and Mail Merge. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing both day-to-day executive support and larger event coordination projects. Responsibilities: Administrative Support (Keeping Things Running Like Clockwork): Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation Manage the calendars of multiple departments Track expenses and keep our budget happy Prepare mailings, reports, and other important documents Create, update, and analyze Excel spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion Handle general office duties as needed Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events Monitor social media channels and engage with followers Monitor and respond to online reviews Assist with content management Support the execution of email marketing campaigns Track and report marketing campaign performance metrics Requirements Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred. (But we're also open to relevant experience – show us what you've got!) 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar support role preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Excel (formulas, charts, and data management) PowerPoint (presentation design and formatting) Mail Merge in Word Excellent attention to detail Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, expense management, and reporting) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to prioritize tasks effectively (juggling skills are essential!) Strong problem-solving skills A positive attitude
