ROLE SUMMARY

Are you a highly organised Administrative Assistant with a passion for exceptional customer service?
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team, with a key focus on supporting, servicing, and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring our customers receive the highest level of care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring queries are handled quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer and supplier queries via phone and email.
  • Working closely with the sales and purchasing teams to ensure all customer needs are met.
  • Processing refunds or credits for cancelled orders or returns.
  • Answering questions about products, prices, and services, and transferring queries to the relevant department when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records, including filing invoices when required.
  • Assisting with general office administration to support the smooth running of the business.
