Job Details Job Location: First Federal - Henderson, NV 89012 Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Any It is the general responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to provide clerical & personal support to the assigned department. The position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures. Perform a wide variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, the following: Organize and maintain paper and electronic files. Collect information by using the telephone, mail services, websites and e-mail. Compose, coordinate and organize correspondence, forms, reports, etc. in rough and final form. Monitor inventory of departmental office supplies and requisitions items as needed. Provide seamless and efficient day-to-day operation of the department while maintaining a high level of professionalism and timely follow-through. Develop and sustain relationships with internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Handle situations where independent judgment is exercised. Maintain confidential files and honor the integrity of information. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: At least 2 years Administrative Assistant experience. Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism and guest service. Ability to seamlessly adapt to change. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills to develop an effective working relationship with management, employees and outside contacts in all situations. Exhibit a strong, positive attitude on a consistent basis. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Preferred: Associates Degree or higher. Previous experience working in a similar setting.
