QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in administration are a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative department. This full-time, hourly position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to the team, helping with day-to-day tasks and ensuring organizational effectiveness while fostering a professional and welcoming environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform general clerical duties including answering and directing phone calls, handling correspondence, and managing schedules.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
  • Provide support for planning and executing events, meetings, and office activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external visitors to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
