Description:
As an administrative assistant, you help carry out administrative activities for your sector. You provide administrative and secretarial support to your unit’s managers and employees. You help coordinate and plan your unit’s management activities. You draw on your ability to communicate effectively and tailor your approach as needed to carry out your tasks. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Help managers plan and coordinate management activities and manage their agendas, calls, emails and mail. Carry out secretarial tasks (draft, revise, update and format documents for various departments, etc.).
- Carry out internal administrative tasks (sales tracking, dashboards, expense reports, inventory management, performance reviews, etc.).
- Produce documents (reports, minutes, statistics, balance sheets, etc.).

What you bring to the table
- Trade school diploma in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
