We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Columbus, Ohio (Dublin) office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. You will enhance your technical skills, build your network, discover new industries, and gain confidence with the support of the DGPerry team.    Responsibilities: * Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. * Greet and assist clients and visitors. * Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.  * Assist with billing, collections, and daily deposits. * Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements. * Set up new client accounts and maintain client records. * Utilize firm software including Karbon, Practice CS, and Aiwyn. * Scan and organize documents. * Process incoming and outgoing mail, UPS shipments, and postage. * Respond to administrative inquiries and provide general office support. * Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. * Perform other duties as assigned.   Candidate must possess the following qualifications: * 3-5 years customer service or administrative support experience required * Professional services experience preferred * Ability to work full-time in person at our Columbus, Ohio office * Positive attitude * Strong interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, strong ethics and business conduct * Ability to evaluate situations and modify behavior accordingly * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships through all levels of the organization * Demonstrates ability to take initiative and exercise time management skills * Possess good analytical and problem solving skills * Proficiency with all Microsoft applications   We value our team members and offer a very competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, generous paid time off, reasonable seasonal hours, and paid time for involvement in community networking events.
