Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to their respective team(s), including coordinating calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, travel, correspondence and departmental initiatives.

TEAM DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join the Direct Private Equity team. The Administrative Assistant will report to various investment professionals and will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to senior and junior members of the Private Equity team. Some of the main duties include managing travel, calendars, meetings, expenses, events, presentations, correspondence and other departmental initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required, college diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant administrative support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
  • Experience with complex calendar coordination, booking high-profile meetings and events, scheduling travel, and performing the expense reimbursement process.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Calendar) and comfort and interest in learning new applications.
  • Able and willing to work flexible hours, as required.
  • Proven attention to accuracy and detail, highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a high performing culture, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Prior experience in the Private Equity or financial services industry is an asset.
