Description:
ou report directly to the Principal and so you are required to be a highly condential person.
Your Primary role is to create and maintain a clean and pleasant work environment ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Responsible for planning, coordinating the school office services and other related office activities to achieve efficient utilization of available resources.
Coordinate the daily activities and operations of the administrative office.
Schedule and prioritise office activities to meet operating requirements.
Ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform administrative support functions such as data entry and management, generating reports, drafting correspondences, preparation and distribution of minutes of meetings.
Handle incoming emails, mail and other materials.
Maintain security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
Operate, maintain all office equipment and manage office supplies.
Assist to plan in-house or off-site activities, parties, celebrations, and conferences.
Create content including text posts, videos and images for use on social media.
Work with cross-functional classrooms to develop communication strategies and build awareness for various internal and external information.
Plan, edit, write, and post content for internal communication channels, such as employee intranet, staff announcements, and weekly email newsletters.
Plan, edit, write, and publish content over social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and various other digital marketing tools.
Design and develop content for a social media calendar if necessary.
