POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time, proactive Office Assistant / Admin Lead to play a critical role in supporting our mortgage operations. This role involves a variety of administrative and office management tasks to ensure smooth daily functions and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of experience in a real estate, mortgage, or professional office environment
  • Reliable, proactive, and a team player with a humble attitude
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficient with spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and DocuSign
  • Maintain professional and courteous business etiquette
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, or banking professionals
