The Administrative Assistant/Document Controller supports the overall operations of the firm by assisting in the administrative processes, managing the control, distribution, and organization of all documentation related to architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. This role works closely with senior management, architects, and consultants to support business performance and project delivery.
