The Administrative Assistant/Document Controller supports the overall operations of the firm by assisting in the administrative processes, managing the control, distribution, and organization of all documentation related to architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. This role works closely with senior management, architects, and consultants to support business performance and project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable and accredited university
  • Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC with an Architecture, Engineering, or Construction company
  • Proficiency with the use of Google and Microsoft Office Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
