POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This key role is instrumental in ensuring smooth communication, efficient office procedures, and accurate documentation across our roofing and siphonic drainage projects.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with project management tools, e.g. BigChange, Trello, Xero etc.
  • Experience in the construction, roofing, or engineering sector is advantageous

  • Schedule appointments, site visits, and project meetings for management and field teams
  • Prepare, format, and distribute project documents
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for client and project records
  • Assisting with purchase ledger administrative tasks
  • Ordering materials, machinery, and office supplies
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and tracking certifications
  • Support marketing efforts with basic social media updates and internal communications
  • Ensure the office is well-stocked, tidy, and operational
  • Provide general administrative support to management as required.
