JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE “O” level or diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
- Able to work at fast paced environment.
- Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain meeting calendars and scheduling of meetings, including providing support on Annual General Meeting activities.
- Ensure the rooms are in good order before and/or after use.
- Collate quarterly reports, documents and presentation materials prepared by HODs, including Board paper coordination.
- Liaison with corporate secretarial service providers and vendors.
- Handle business travel related arrangements which include: flight tickets booking, hotel booking, visa application, airport transfer and expenses/claims.
- Requisition of stationery and pantry replenishments.
- Receive and attend to walk-in visitors, guests or tenants in a prompt and cordial manner.
- Take beverage order and serve drinks to guests.
- Maintain tidiness of the Reception area at all times.
- Update and maintain the Reception duty roster to cover Receptionist during absence.
- Handle all incoming calls promptly, tactfully, and politely.
- Collect mails from mailboxes.
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail and cheques to the respective departments.
- Arrange for courier services where necessary.
