DUTIES

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to effectively manage incoming calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Process payments and manage customer accounts
  • Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
  • Support office management by maintaining supplies and equipment as needed
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and vendors
  • Assist in clerical tasks such as typing correspondence, reports, and memos
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Ensure the studio space remains clean and organized
  • Assist with studio events and activities
