We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Fort St. John location. This is a Permanent Full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and exceptional service.
  • Provide vital support across all branch operations and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers on credit requests and approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of contracts, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Help with the collection of outstanding accounts receivable and processing credit applications, including sending follow-up correspondence.
  • Support the creation of purchase orders and accurately code invoices.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records in accordance with company standards within the designated claims system.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to enhance team efficiency.
