In addition to our retail pharmacy, we have a dedicated reimbursement team that ensures patients can access their medications through timely and accurate drug plan coverage support.
We’re seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join the Reimbursement team at our 74 Gervais Drive office, located near Don Mills and Eglinton.

QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1–3 years of administrative experience
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
· Experience in healthcare is an asset but not required

· Provide administrative support to the drug reimbursement team, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
· Review and maintain drug reimbursement records and documentation
· Prep treatment forms for pharmacist review and signature
· Scan and file signed treatment forms and Kroll hard copies
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflows are completed in a timely and accurate manner
· Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
· Execute all department mailings
· Contribute to projects and provide backup support to reimbursement colleagues as needed
