Job Summary: DT Professional Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our NSWC team in Port Hueneme, CA. This position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations in compliance with Navy policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, records management, and personnel actions. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and manage travel arrangements. Prepare reports, memoranda, spreadsheets, and briefing materials. Maintain electronic and paper records in accordance with records management requirements. Basic Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance. Associate degree in any field. Two (2) years general experience providing secretarial duties and administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, payroll, preparation of briefings, filing, taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with government administrative systems. Knowledge of Navy correspondence and records management standards.
