JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate should have experience working in an office environment, and performing administrative tasks. An ability to multitask, pivot quickly and efficiently while working on changing deadlines for multiple tasks, is essential to the position to provide clerical support to the managerial, sales, and financial teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum high school diploma
· Previous experience in an office/administrative role
· Strong English communication skills
· Proficient in Word and Excel
· Experience with Quick Books Online required
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
Aptitude for learning new software and systems
· Copying, filing, email correspondence, telephone communication
· Reviewing the bank reconciliation weekly
· Matching expense receipts to AMEX credit card statements
· Entering settlements in Scrap software
· Entering purchase orders and sales orders in Scrap software
· Ad-hoc duties to support the Managerial, and Trading teams
