JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely from Costa Rica. This role is office-based in Costa Rica but supports our operations in Miami. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, responsible for performing administrative tasks, handling front desk responsibilities, managing calls, and providing general assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic website management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact by answering and managing incoming calls professionally in English and Spanish.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Provide remote front desk support by addressing inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist with website updates and content management tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized records and handle correspondence efficiently.
  • Support the Miami-based team with various tasks to streamline daily operations.
  • Coordinate office supplies and logistics for the Costa Rica office.
