We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.   About the role   The role will provide and promote customer service, clerical and reception related services that strive to achieve optimal patient outcomes, adheres to the code of conduct, policies and procedures, values and goals of Eastern Health.    About you    To be successful in this role you will possess:   Possess an excellent understanding of customer service of internal and external customers and be committed to effectively meet their needs in a helpful and professional manner Meets the HS1 grade expectations Working knowledge of i.PM, CPF and other public health information systems Awareness of privacy and confidentiality, individual and organisational responsibility within a health service Familiarity with all computer software packages used within an administrative role e.g. Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, One Drive etc Effective and appropriate written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Time management capabilities and ability to work to a deadline  Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience A strong commitment to high quality care The ability to work as part of a diverse team Excellent communication and organisational skills   Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
