Administrative Assistant   Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Monthly day off | 5 weeks annual leave Multiple sites; Maroondah Hospital, Box Hill Hospital, Peter James Centre Mental Health and Wellbeing Program   Eastern Health   Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. We know that working together is the only way we can achieve what is necessary for a healthier future.     About the role   The Eastern Health, Mental Health Program is a publicly funded mental health service operating within the Eastern Region of Melbourne providing mental health assessment and interventions for people experiencing mental illness. In conjunction with our partners in Primary Health Networks, we also provide drug and alcohol support and interventions. Working from a recovery-oriented model, clinicians provide an array of hospital-based, community and specialist services for children, youth, adults and aged people across the Eastern Region. The Administrative Services team provide support to the clinical teams in relation to services provided to consumers engaged in the Mental Health Program.     About you   To be successful for this role you will demonstrate;   A high level of administrative experience The ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a team; across sites as required A strong commitment to high quality care A professional & innovative approach to tasks, while being able to manage competing demands The ability to respond flexibly in a changing environment Demonstrated customer service skills Accurate & efficient computer skills   Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
