POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and project teams. This position acts as the central communications and coordination hub for the company, providing broad-based administrative, HR, and executive support across multiple divisions.
This role will focus on building permit administration, warranty and safety program management, HR support, and the coordination of web-based systems such as SiteDocs, digital timekeeping platforms, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for organization, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office coordination role (construction industry experience is a strong asset).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SiteDocs, CRM platforms, digital timekeeping systems, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience supporting HR functions (e.g. onboarding, record-keeping, employee file management) is an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
