POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operation of our office and project teams. This position acts as the central communications and coordination hub for the company, providing broad-based administrative, HR, and executive support across multiple divisions.
This role will focus on building permit administration, warranty and safety program management, HR support, and the coordination of web-based systems such as SiteDocs, digital timekeeping platforms, and CRM systems.
