Tasks Manage and organize the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events for school administrators, ensuring effective time management. Prepare, edit, and distribute official school communications and documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Assist in maintaining student records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies and regulations. Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth daily operations, including handling inquiries from parents, staff, and external partners. Support the financial department by processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budget tracking as required. Requirements Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting. Proficiency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
