EDify Elgin provides personalized psychoeducational assessments for children and adults. We evaluate developmental, social, academic, and cognitive abilities to help individuals understand their strengths, areas for improvement, and to support their growth and success. In addition to assessments, we offer self-regulation and social skill groups to help individuals build the skills they need to thrive in their personal and academic lives
The successful applicant will help clients progress through the various stages of assessment from taking initial calls to sending them finished reports at the end, as well as providing administrative support to the team of psychologists, psychometrists, instructors, and volunteers.

  • Can work effectively with a team of multidisciplinary staff

Tasks include:

  • Taking calls and providing information in accordance with our privacy policy
  • Making outbound phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assembling assessment packages
  • Taking and maintaining inventory including ordering replacement materials
  • Receive packages
  • Engage in email correspondence with clients and potential clients regarding upcoming appointments
  • Checking clients into group classes
  • Run various errands (taking out mail, etc.)
  • Maintaining the schedule and client profiles through Jane systems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
