EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of various types of office equipment
  • Previous office experience
  • Must be computer literate and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and take messages/transfers to the designated parties in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Greet participants and visitors
  • Receive and distribute correspondence and daily mail
  • Provide clerical assistance in the form of copying, faxing, etc.
  • Prepare material/packages for mailing
  • Keep track of supply inventory and place orders
  • Perform data entry
  • Responsible for having all customers sign in upon arrival and directing them to appropriate area or person
  • Provide effective communication and information regarding available services to customers
  • Communicate with vendors to schedule service or resolve issues
