We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bloomfield Hills to support our corporate housing division VIA. What are the responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant? * Prepare internal and external correspondence * Organize and maintain accurate files, records, reports, contact lists, policies, and procedures * Create documents in Microsoft Word and Yardi, such as written correspondence, reports, emails, and memos * Upload documents into OPP and confirm the pet information * Perform the ID verify process * Create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to summarize data * Order furniture for units * Create leases and units in Yardi * Assist with setting up bank accounts and renters' insurance * Send arrival information to residents * Maintain utility setups and disconnects for move ins and move outs * Inventory control of modem/routers What are the role requirements? * Previous experience in the property management field is preferred * Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills are required * Requires a positive attitude and exceptional customer service * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially with Word and Excel * Able to effectively and professionally communicate with residents and co-workers * Basic computer skills and comfort learning software, apps, and programs * Have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license What's in it for you? * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with company match * On the job training and development * Generous paid time off programs * Competitive compensation plan with bonus opportunities * Great work environment * Opportunities for advancement * Discounted apartment home Grow a Career with Edward Rose & Sons!
