Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in Elko, NV. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Scheduling for 7-10 technicians. Excellent communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates. Enter data into various systems. Scan and file documents. Work with multiple managers and departments. Work independently with minimal supervision. Prepare, submit, and track customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently. Must pass a national criminal background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug test (and participate in random testing if required). Effective communication skills in English.
