Administrative Assistant – Director of Manufacturing   Key Responsibilities * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing. * Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. * Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports related to manufacturing operations. * Track action items from leadership and operational meetings. * Support communication and coordination between manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams. * Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files. * Assist with preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations. * Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and departmental activities. Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field. * 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.   Preferred * Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing or operations environment.
