Overview Administrative Assistant Support a high-performing Employee Health team—keeping operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly every day. 💻 Work Style: Onsite 📍 Location: Jacksonville, FL 🕒 FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE) ⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Ensures smooth office operations within Employee Health by managing scheduling, coordinating communications, and preparing documents. Supports a variety of administrative functions, including maintaining filing systems, managing office supplies, and assisting with event coordination. Works under moderate supervision, exercising sound judgment to resolve routine issues and improve office efficiency. Serves as a key liaison between departments and external contacts, contributing to overall productivity and a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Coordinate scheduling, document preparation, and internal/external communications. Maintain organized filing systems and oversee office supply inventory. Assist in planning and supporting meetings, events, and administrative activities. Resolve routine operational issues to improve office efficiency and workflow. Serve as a liaison between departments and external contacts. Support team communication and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of administrative support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to manage scheduling, office supplies, and daily administrative tasks Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating across teams
