You will be responsible for supporting the preparation and production of court briefs. This role combines administrative and hands-on production work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is high stakes work as materials are filed within courts, where accuracy and compliance are critical. Ideal candidates are driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to stay calm in a deadline-driven environment. Administrative Assistant - Entry Level Responsibilities • Provide support for production and general business functions • Prepare and manage legal print jobs • Become familiar with appellate filing requirements • Set up PDF files ensuring they’re ready to be produced • Operate print workflows • Cut, bind, and package briefs • Prepare and ship packages • Hand-deliver filings to the courts • Manage multiple project deadlines • Perform quality control checks • Ensure all work meets company standards • Maintain a clean and organized work environment Administrative Assistant - Entry Level Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required • Strong attention to detail required • Enter 14 as your answer to the third application question • Must be organized, proactive, and eager to learn • Valid Driver’s License & ability to drive company vehicle required
