EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; and
  • Post-secondary education.
Responsibilities

HOW DOES THE ROLE IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION?

Drawing on industry experience in a financial services firm or previous experience in an administrative role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor team and outstanding service to client. The right candidate is self-motivated with exceptional administrative skills, has a dependable nature and brings an ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. This position will support a dynamic team who is looking for a self-starter who is able to connect with others, has a proactive approach to problem solving and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

WHAT IS THE POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls;
  • Manage and maintain all paperwork;
  • Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files;
  • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner;
  • Service clients’ general day-to-day requests;
  • Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments;
  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
  • Manage our WOW service client program; and
  • Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign.
