Description

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, possess excellent clerical skills, and have a strong ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently, as well as exceptional customer service skills
Duties:
- Assist customers with their inquiries via email and phone, collect payments from customers, organize pickup and shipping as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
- Utilize QuickBooks as well as our CRM software for financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic HR functions such as payroll processing is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in the printing & sign industry is an asset.
