You will have an informed and professional manner when dealing families and professionals, and process confidential and sensitive information in line with corporate and national guidelines.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced full time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly Family Support Plus team, which is part of our Children’s Social Care service. We are looking for people who thrive in a busy working environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role is primarily based in Charlotte Street, Bath plus 1 day a week in Civic Centre, Keynsham and the opportunity to work from home. The postholder will working alongside our Administrative Officer to support the team of practitioners and managers in the smooth running of our services:

  • Family Group Conference (to empower families to deal with difficulties they are experiencing)
  • New Way (for families experiencing domestic abuse)
  • Stepping Stones (to help parents reduce the impact of their mental health on their children)
  • Footprints (offering support to parents of children who no longer live in their care)
