QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in HR or related field.
  • Familiarity with Assist PRO or similar HR/administrative systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks using Assist PRO, assist with HR processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the HR team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including handling correspondence and documentation.
  • Utilize Assist PRO for data management and HR support functions.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and HR-related events.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and facilitating interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
