Description Our company is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of daily deposits and petty cash. - Assist with floorplan audits and reconciliation. - Post reserve statements, funding notices, rebates, and incentives. - Reconcile accounting schedules and statements. - Title Work, including filling out titles for customer trade-ins and customer payoffs. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
