Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of an office or organization. This role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks, facilitating communication, and assisting with the efficient operation of daily activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in office administration is a plus.
