FNS is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Fishersville, VA area. Key Responsibilities (But not limited to): * Provide exceptional organizational and communication support to field managers and employees. * Manage billing submittals, invoicing, and processing for subcontractors. * Demonstrate familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures. * Communicate effectively through phone and email correspondence. * Use experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals, employing creativity and latitude. * Efficiently track project lifecycles using Excel, Smartsheet, Database applications, or other digital platforms. Requirements: * High School diploma or G.E.D. * At least 3 years of relevant experience. * Proficiency in MS Excel and Database Software. * Strong communication skills and a team player mentality. * Willingness to work occasionally and planned overtime. * d2sphere experience a plus. * Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
