JOB DETAILS

We are looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to provide front line administrative support in a primary school, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. You have specific responsibility for Financial and Devolved School Management issues, responding to changes in IT systems, and supervision and development of Clerical Assistant(s). You are responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the school office.
As an Admin Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Coordinator.

QUALIFICATION, REGISTRATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

You are required to have an HNC or equivalent educational qualification to SCQF level 7, in a relevant discipline.
