Description Administrative Assistant, FinanceFull Time Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven team? Bishop Gadsden is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Office. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional service to our residents and staff. What You’ll Do: As the first point of contact for the Finance Office, you’ll play a key role in both administrative and financial support functions: Front Desk & Resident Support: Answer and direct incoming calls Assist residents with billing questions and statement reprints Provide notary services to residents and staff Financial Operations: Process daily check and cash deposits Reconcile petty cash accounts monthly Enter invoices and scan bank statements Prepare and distribute monthly resident billing statements Reconcile credit card statements and process in-house payments Administrative Support: Assist with annual finance letters (rate increases, tax letters) Prepare miscellaneous receivable invoices Support residents and CPAs with yearly transaction ledgers Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager and Finance team Requirements What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) Strong communication skills—both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfort with numbers and financial documentation A courteous, professional demeanor and a team-first attitude Additional Expectations: Adhere to HIPAA and Resident Rights policies Maintain a professional appearance and follow safety protocols Participate in departmental meetings and facility functions Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in all tasks Why Bishop Gadsden?
