POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • College degree preferred
  • Office management experience preferred
  • Title experience preferred

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing administrative and organizational support to the office
  • Answer and direct incoming calls accurately and professionally
  • Greet and direct visitors, forwarding inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Sort and deliver mail and packages; occasionally moving packages weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Maintain stock of office supplies at the beginning of the day
  • Maintain supply of kitchen, cleaning, and first-aid items
  • Maintain an orderly and professional front desk appearance
  • Prepare office in the evening for the next day’s operations
  • Provide service to Closers, Scheduling and Processors with questions regarding Lender Closing packages
  • Coordinate closing packages and lender documents
  • Collect, review, log and image collateral documents for accuracy and completion and submit for funding approval
  • Run reports from the corporate operating system, export data, and generate detailed charts and graphs
  • Maintain executive schedules and calendars
  • Compile, distribute, and/or mail packages and communications to employees, customers, affiliates, investors, etc.
  • Manage the executive office organizational system including filing, record keeping, mail management, and archive submission and destruction
  • Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
  • Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment for office and field warranty employees, subcontractors and homeowners
