We are a restoration company looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill our administrative assistant role within our office.
This individual should be proficient in Microsoft office, as well as excel and word, and fluent in English.
We will train you in our two additional programs we use and will add responsibilities as you learn the position.
Main duties will include answering phones, making calls, scheduling appointments, creating job files, simple invoicing, mailing samples, and communicating with insurance companies and homeowners, assisting the project managers when they need help, along with other tasks to be determined.
Applicants must be punctual and professional.

Qualifications:
- Valid G license and own transportation to run office related errands on occasion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience in data entry, filing, and clerical tasks
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Previous administrative experience preferred
