EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer service experience with a good telephone manner is a necessity.
  • Experience and skilled in the use of computer-based systems, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Knowledge of the Motor Trade industry would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work with a small team and be able to multi task within a busy environment.
  • Flexibility within a working day is required.

  • On site working between Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am – 4.30pm on a Friday.

  • The post holder will be responsible for the daily administration and reception duties, liaising with customers and in house teams.
  • Involvement within a busy office, supporting the fleet operation that covers 650+ vehicles and 400+ items of plant.
  • Booking and managing appointments along with recording activity information on electronic systems.
